Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of almond milk or coconut water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 ripe avocado, skinned and pitted
1 cup frozen (or fresh) blueberries
2 ice cubes
Directions:
Add above ingredients in order as they appear. Blend on smoothie setting or on power 1, increasing to high for 20-30 seconds or until well blended.
Add more liquid if you prefer smoothie to be thinner
