Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups mixed berries, frozen
2 cups spinach or kale leaves
1 ripe avocado -- scoop flesh into blender
1 1/2 cups water (could use part water and part coconut water)
1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons honey (optional)

Add-ons:
Chia seeds (1 tablespoon), 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder, honey or other sweeteners, e.g., stevia, organic grade A maple syrup

Directions:
Add water/coconut water to vitamix first
Add powders or other add-ons
Add spinach or kale leaves
Add avocado
Add frozen mixed berries
Blend on "1", then slowly increase speed until well blended (or blend on smoothie setting)
