
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach, fresh
1 cup water
2 oranges, peeled
1 cup pomegranate seeds
2 bananas -- fresh or frozen
Directions:
Add water to the Vitamix first. Add powders and seeds if using as "add-ons" - i.e., chia seeds, wheatgrass, matcha powder, etc. Add Greens (in this case, spinach), then add the fruit and blend on "smoothie"setting or blend on 1 and gradually increase speed to 8 for 30-45 seconds until well blended.
