Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (whole fat preferably)
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup of kale or spinach
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 banana (frozen or fresh)
2 cubes ice

Directions:
Add ingredients to Vitamix or high-powdered blender in order given above.  Blend on smoothie setting or start out on "1" and move to high and blend 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
