Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unfiltered apple juice
1 ripe pear, skin on, cored and chopped
1 medium beet, peeled and roughly chopped
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 (1/2 square inch) piece ginger root, plus more to taste
pinch of celtic sea salt
Throw all of the ingredients into your high-powered blender. Process on the smoothie setting if available (on high) for 40-60 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Tweak ginger to taste.
