Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond, hemp, or rice milk (strained, if homemade)
1/2 cup filtered water
3 medium-sized kiwis, peeled and chopped
1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, plus more to taste
1/4 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked
1/2 medium sized frozen sliced banana
pinch of Celtic sea salt
1 cup ice cubes
Add-ons:
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
Directions:
Throw everything into your blender (including any add-ons) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
