Sausage and Hominy

Ingredients:
1 pound sausage -- I usually use Jimmy Dean brand
1 can hominy

Directions:
Brown sausage in large skillet until cooked through.  Remove and drain off grease using a colander. Return sausage to skillet and add hominy.  Serve after hominy is hot.
