Clams Casino

Ingredients: 
8 to 10 little neck clams
Place a lump of butter under each 


Directions: 

2 strips of finely chopped bacon
4 to 5 cloves of crushed garlic
Place on top of clams with a little butter
Sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs (unseasoned)

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Add chopped parsley (judge) and bake a few minutes longer
