Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese (bring to room temperature)
Approximately 2 heaping tablespoons horseradish
Directions:
Drain horseradish on paper towel to absorb as much moisture as possible.
Mix together cream cheese and horseradish; form into ball. Chop small amount of dried beef (chip beef). Using your hands, cover ball with chopped beef (will adhere to ball).
Refrigerate immediately and remove to room temperature about 15 minutes prior to serving. Serve with favorite crackers
Delicious!
Tip:
Dried beef can be found usually in the lunch meat case at your grocery store. I use Hormel most of the time.
